The Town of Kingsville (the Town) requires the services of a qualified and competent consulting firm to provide timely and accurate master planning services for the development of a comprehensive Kingsville Parks, Recreation, Arts and Culture Master Plan (the Master Plan). The Town would appreciate a response from your firm in a formal detailed proposal indicating interest, qualifications, relevant experience, company methodology and cost to successfully undertake this project.

Proposals shall be submitted to Jackie Lassaline, Manager of Development Services prior to or on Thursday, March 29, 2012, 3:30 p.m. local time. Any proposals received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.
