If you are a new organization or an organization that has not conducted a Lottery Event in the Town of Kingsville, an Application for Licensing Eligibility must be completed before your organization can continue.

LICENCE NUMBERS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNTIL APPLICATION IS COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

ALL LICENCE FEES ARE 3% OF THE PRIZE AMOUNT

RAFFLE - “A Raffle Lottery is a lottery scheme where tickets are sold for a chance to win a prize in a draw. (Lottery Licensing Policy Manual 5.1.0)

BREAK OPEN TICKETS - "Break Open Tickets" is a device made of cardboard and which has perforated cover window tabs behind which are symbols revealed by tearing open the cover tab. The winning combination of symbols is specified on the back of the ticket. Break open tickets are also known as "Nevada Tickets" or "pull tabs".
